1. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Hêz (including the Hêz AI Assistant, workout plans, and calorie calculators) provides fitness and nutritional information for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician before starting a new training program or diet.
2. Gym Memberships & Hall Connection
When a Player connects to a Gym Hall using the hall's invite code or QR code, membership status and disconnection permissions are managed by the respective Gym Owner (Captain) to ensure accurate facility attendance and subscription records.
3. Marketplace, Sellers & Payments
Captains selling supplements or workout plans must complete identity verification and comply with marketplace safety rules (strictly no banned substances, steroids, or misleading medical claims). Paid workout plans are unlocked via FIB online payment, and physical store products are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery. Only verified buyers of a product or plan may submit ratings and reviews.
